Do you ever charge for an appointment?
We never charge for an appointment.

When should I start shopping for my gown?
Most brides start shopping one year before their wedding date.

Who should I bring to my appointment?
We advise that you bring along a maximum of two guests.  Usually, this is your mother and best friend.  Frequently, a bride loves a dress, but feels that her mother or friend should see it first and we cannot guarantee that it will still be here.  We also advise that children under 12 have other accommodations made.  They typically grow restless during the long appointment.

How long does it take to make a gown?
Typical delivery is about 12-16 weeks to arrive from the designer's atelier.  On the other hand, a dress could also show up two weeks after it is ordered.  In order to avoid a rush fee, allow at least 6 months before your wedding to purchase your gown to allow for alterations as well as any unforeseen bumps in the road.  That being said, all designers offer a rush order for a fee or we could sell a floor sample if need be.

Do you sell samples or have gowns in stock?
Yes, our samples can be purchased and we also carry certain gowns in stock for brides that do not have time to wait for an order.

What do I need to bring for alterations?
Be punctual! Please make sure your dress is paid in full.  You will need to have your final shoes, strapless bra, and a slip.  Also, allow time for your appointment.  Please don't come from the gym or between other appointments.  You will feel too rushed to make any decisions.  If needed, we sell shoes and slips in our gallery.

Do you have plus sizes samples?
We have a huge selection of plus sizes in stock.  In addition, any of our gowns can be ordered in a plus size.

Can gowns be shipped?
Yes.  We ship anywhere in the world.

Can you service my gown after the wedding?
We offer a professional dry cleaning and preservation service.  Our brides receive a discount on this service.
